If you’re looking for more design flexibility than screen printing but lower costs and shorter turnaround time than full sublimation, spot sublimation may be the best choice.
Spot sublimation is a process by which a design is applied to a smaller area of a previously sewn garment. Spot sublimation is often chosen over screen printing because this method can print as many colors as are in your logo (gradients and shading as well) without incurring the additional screen setup fees that would be associated with a multi-colored design.

Standard Sublimation

Vintage Sublimation
What is it? It is a decoration process where ink is impregnated into a poly cotton blend fabric. The ink forms a permanent bond with the polyester fibers of the shirt while washing out of the cotton fibers during the first wash. We use a high polyester blended tee for this process so the finished product ends up looking like your favorite worn tee with a slightly distressed decoration. Due to the nature of sublimation, light base colors are required for printing as white prints as negative space in your design. In this instance, white is the color of your shirt. As such for some of the colors below, we recommend using a black or dark colored logo to prevent color shift.

UPF50+ Performance
What is it? It is a decoration process where ink is impregnated into polyester fabric. The ink forms a permanent bond with the polyester fibers. We use a high polyester moisture wicking performance tee for this process so the finished product retains full brightness and breathability in areas it is decorated. Due to the nature of sublimation, light base colors are required for printing as white prints as negative space in your design. In this instance, white is the color of your shirt. As such for some of the colors below, we recommend using a black or dark colored logo to prevent color shift.
